BidVision

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 11, 2026 · Applies to the BidVision beta program

BidVision is a tool for airline flight attendants that reads your monthly bid package and helps you search and filter it. It is built privacy-first: the app does its work entirely on your device. This policy explains, plainly, what that means — and the few places where we do handle some information (mostly when you sign up for the beta).

BidVision is made by FoxFinch Adaptations LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Pennsylvania limited liability company.

This policy covers the BidVision beta. The beta is free and requires no account. When BidVision later adds paid subscriptions, the features that come with them — such as an account, billing, identity verification, and payment processing — will be explained in an updated policy that we publish before those features collect any new information. Your bid-sheet and schedule data are designed to keep being processed on your device.

The short version

1.The BidVision app

When you load a bid package into BidVision, the app parses and displays it entirely on your device. Your schedule, your trip data, and the PDF itself:

BidVision needs no account and no internet connection to read and filter your bid sheet. We operate no servers that receive your airline or schedule data — because there are none.

If you choose to send us a screenshot or a bid sheet to help with a support question or a bug report, we will receive what you send and use it only to help you and improve BidVision.

2.The beta program (signing up)

To join the BidVision beta, you fill out a short form on our website. We collect:

We use this information solely to send your access code and welcome email, send beta-related updates (new builds, instructions, the occasional request for feedback), understand our tester mix, and respond to your feedback. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or share it.

This information is stored in Google Workspace (a Google Sheet and email), and beta emails are sent through Google's services. You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time — email support@bidvision.app.

3.The website

Our website (bidvision.app) is a set of static pages hosted on GitHub Pages. We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.

Two ordinary things happen when any website loads:

The beta page also stores a small flag in your browser's localStorage to remember that you have unlocked the downloads. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.

4.Mobile beta (iPhone, iPad, Android)

5.Service providers

We keep our toolset small. The companies that process limited information on our behalf, or in serving the site, are:

Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not share your information with anyone else, and we never sell it.

6.Data retention

We keep your beta-signup information for as long as the beta program runs and you are a participant. When the beta ends, or when you ask us to remove you, we delete your contact details from our tester records. Email support@bidvision.app to be removed at any time.

7.Your choices and rights

8.Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the limited information we hold (for example, access-controlled Google Workspace). No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, and BidVision is beta software, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because the app keeps your airline data on your own device, the most sensitive information never reaches us in the first place.

9.Children

BidVision is a professional tool for working flight attendants and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

10.Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes affecting beta testers, we will also note it in a beta email.
